  • Great 5.5 mile hike with nice overlooks of Jordan lake. Parking costs $7 which sucks if all you want to do is hike. But, it's much less crowded than other parks like umstead.
  • Great place for picnic and swimming. Bring your floats, there is plenty of room. Sit back and watch the boats and jet skis go by. Many beach access areas to choose from. Absolutely beautiful Lake.
  • Took my kids and loved it. It is very clean and quiet. My kids are looking forward to going back this year. The sites are a nice size for 2 tents. Great place.
  • Used the group camping site for 4 days without any trouble. The site was big enough for the 6 people we had and would probably fit over 15 people. The lake is great for kayaking, fishing, and there is even a small beach.
  • It is a great place to go for a day trip, We had fun canoeing and swimming.
