  • This place is amazing! So much history in one house and one area of land. The Ranger and the lady who I would call the caregiver of the house were immensely knowledgeable about the house and area. There are beautiful views and just altogether a fascinating place to see.
  • My wife and I visited Orman House on January 15, 2015 and spent an hour or so with a small group of visitors on a tour led by Ranger Mike, who was spectacular. An immense store of historical information about Orman House, Apalachicola, the bay and the river, presented by someone who obviously loves his work. I've been reading everything I can find about the area since then and plan to visit again in 2016. I can't recommend Orman House and Ranger Mike highly enough!
