  • Had the privilege to visit the memorial recently. Very special place designed and built with great thought and consideration. Definitely worth a visit if you are near or live in Anthem.
  • Happy to live in a town that acknowledges veterans and our service to this country. Visit this every time we go to the part. Love the design and the effort put into setting this up.
  • We go frequently as we have three personal pavers there; husband, father-in-law and father, as well as a large Family paver. Freedom is never free. The cost of freedom is visible in each Branch of Ser...  more »
  • This is amazing. We attended the Veteran's Day ceremony and were very impressed. The memorial itself it beautiful. White pillars with a sphere all directed to the red brick base which has the seal of the US on it. It is positioned specifically to have the sun shine through the open spheres and shine on the US seal exactly at 11:11 on 11/11. Very impressive.
  • A memorial definitely worth checking out, especially on Veterans day when the 'Indiana Jones' like event occurs to light up the seal. Overall, the park it's featured in makes for a great surrounding area with lots to do.
  • A memorial worthy of honoring veterans from every military branch. The design is very impressive in that on every Veteran's Day (November 11th) at 11:11am, the sun illuminates perfectly through the five pillars which represent each military branch (Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard) onto the seal of the United States America.
  • Beautiful Veterans memorial park it's a great place to watch fireworks every 3rd of July.
  • Loved it.
