Nice park with a lot of options for all kinds of activities. Playground equipment for the kids and lots of wide open space for them to run. Last time i was there our gym hosted an outdoor workout and.... more »
This is a hidden gem - you really can't see much from the streets that border the park - it's down from the road. There are several BBQ pits and covered shelters available for use and ample parking..... more »
This is a neat little park which counts as a hidden gem. Though near two busy roads (Ellsworth and Platt Roads), the pathways are somewhat lower than street level such that the vehicle noise is not..... more »
Nicely maintained natural trails, easy to walk/run with only small rocks. Shaded except for the path around the ponds. Scenic and serene. Would be safe to take younger kids on short hikes as well.
Wish there were a trail map to use on the hike. I used my "mapmyhike" app to get me back to the Parker car. The trails were well made. I enjoyed the hike because off all the shade from the trees above.
Several pavilion picnic areas one is in the shade excellent. I had plenty of space to do field practice for disc golf
Great place to spend the afternoon. incredible for kids because of the playground. with lots of trails really nice for individuals, couples and families it doesn't matter great little Park in a great little area
Lillie Park is a great place to relax and take it easy. There is a metal red gazebo. There is a small elevated fire pit. There are plenty of benches sprinkled through out the park. There are also pinic tables and clean grassy areas to through out blankets and just rekax and take in what this simple, small, slow paced park has to offer. There is even public restrooms that are not always open but when they are they are clean. So go ahead. Give Lillie Park a try.
