  • Very interesting place to visit, friendly & helpful staff that provided lots of information about the items being produced. Will not take long to check it out & it's close to other places of interest.  more »

  • No one offers better Qivuit products! This is THE place to go.
  • As a travel agent: This is a very interesting co-op where over 200 Native Alaskan woman get together and knit scarves. Since 1969, qiviut.-hand knitted scarves are made from soft Ox fur and sold at this corner building. They were a bit pricey ($180) but very soft. I already have one from Iceland so I didn't purchase one here. It's great to support the hand knitted co-op and they have a few patterns but each scarf is unique like a snowflake.
