  • We spent two days at both parks with our 5 year old grandson on a trip from our home in Arizona. The weather was great and the crowds were small. We enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere.  more »
  • There were things about this park I enjoy more than Disneyland! Cars Land is delightful! Love Soaring ride! Really loved the night water and lights show!  more »
  • We all enjoyed the time spent here and there are some good rides, but it is not as good as Disneyland. 5 hours here and we were done with everything we wanted to do.  more »

  • The only reason why Disney California Adventures gets four stars from me is that one of the rides that we really wanted to go on the cars Raceway kept breaking down when we were there. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience for the kids. Not only for the older kids because there's more rides, but also for the younger kids because there's lots of things to do especially meeting Anna and Elsa. The Broadway style play of Frozen was really good, though I would have liked to have known who the players were. There are a lot more character sightings in California Adventure it seemed like than in Disneyland. We had a great time, even though it was pretty crowded over the break. We didn't get to go on all the rides we wanted to, but we were able to go on a lot. Having both California Adventures and Disneyland right next to each other makes getting the park hopper tickets very worthwhile.
  • I love this park. Less crowded than its neighbor Disneyland too. I also loved that they changed up Luigi’s garage into a whole different type of ride. Although with all that space I would have liked to have seen a ride that tells the cars land story like monsters inc or little mermaid. I feel as though they have too many rides that spin around already. It would be nice to wait in line for something you can only see once inside.
  • Enjoyed the day, although very crowded. Some rides had mechanical issues and raised wait times. Had a problem on the Guardian of the Galaxy ride. I had 3 tickets fly out of my breast pocket when the elevator plunged. It was dark and I didn't know they were gone until much later. The tickets had 1 more day on them. I don't know if you could replace them, but I thought I would ask. The names on them are: Earl Powell, Wesley Bradbury, and Tyler Bradbury. I think the ride operators do a good job, but they might consider emphasizing securing our belongings better during the rapid plunges. Thank you for listening to me. Earl Powell
  • I have an annual pass and it has turned out to be one of the best things I could have done. We go to Disneyland at least 6 to 8 times a year- the discounts, included parking and photo downloads makes it well worth the price. I love the extras AP holders get as well; special logos on merchandise, special events and designated areas for AP holders is just terrific! Makes you feel special.
  • Great place to visit for kids who are into Pixar movies. Crowds are much easier to navigate than other parks. Dining seems to be much better organized too. There is a surprisingly good mix of kid friendly and more adult friendly rides. Food was great, in addition to being gluten free. They now have menus that detail options for common dietary needs. Lots of characters running about which is fun. Overall a great value for a young family.
