Where to stay in Anaheim

Anaheim and the surrounding area have over 50,000 hotel rooms, ranging from luxurious resort suites to budget-friendly lodgings in small motels. Most visitors come to Anaheim for the world-famous Disney theme parks and end up staying at one of the Disney hotel-resorts. If amusement parks aren't your thing, or you need less expensive accommodations away from big tourist crowds, choose one of the city's non-Disney hotels, offering all the comforts of home within walking distance of Anaheim's finest shops and restaurants.

  • If you need some quiet time from all the crowds then this is a nice place. They have some neat shops and also good food choices and places to also grab a beer.  more »
  • A very small collection of shops and eateries with very little to look at. I wouldnt recommend. Hopefully more retailers or businesses open in the future.  more »
  • Was really quiet on a Friday lunch time. Probably picks up once the Disneyland visitors leave the park. Not alot of variety in shops.  more »

  • A great selection o restaurants at various price levels. The venue stays busy, but us not over crowded. California Pizza has superior service. The grounds are clean. The shopping options are very limited. The bowling alley is a cool option for families and groups looking for a break from the heat.
  • Great food selections, there's at least a dozen places to choose from here from nicer restaurants to something more simple. Parking can be a bit of a mess but the restaurants offer validation for upto 3 hours which is a big plus. Great place to go If you want to check out Anaheim and have some options to mull over what you would like to eat!
  • It's a big place with not much in it. It's really close to Disneyland and parking is $3 every hour after the first hour. Cheesecake factory is really the only place worth going to. But I guess it's okay if you want to have a nice walk. They have nice art murals to look at.
  • Pretty empty and not much stores to see. Only good things ‚Äčare the high end restaurants like Roy's. They have some nice artwork on walls but then again, not much to spend time around.
  • I was at the Hard Rock Cafe. It's was great, parking was not to expensive but there is no free parking anywhere around. So this may be a place you want to Uber if you live close by because if your there for several hours it may be more convenient.
