  • Wouldn't go back. Facility is old and the pools are full of chlorine. I doubt there is any health benefit from the mineral water as a result. The lockers are located outside the changing room around t...  read more »
  • Did not stay the night but did go to the pools. The grounds look well maintained and the locker rooms were okay. The pools themself , indoor and out, were heated to a nice 93 and 103 degrees Fahrenhei...  read more »
  • We went with a standard room which was nice but average. The cost was above average for our part of the country. The room was very noisy, especially the people in the next room. We wondered if there w...  read more »
  • Very unprofessional. Was told we could leave and come with receipt. After swimming for one hour they informed us that if we leave for lunch we needed to buy a additional wrist band. Asked to talk to manager and a high school kid named Zach came and threatened to call security because they didn't want to discuss what was going on. I would stay away from here. They have a bunch of rules to where u can hardly have fun. After this experience I have went to many places that are more enjoyable and will not be back
  • We used to come here every summer when I was a kid. Went again recently, and it was as cool as I remembered. Indoor and outdoor pools, a covered patio area for eating and drinking while the rest of the family swims. The food is good, and the beer selection was adequate. My nephews had a blast swimming and going down the water slide. We didn't get to golf on this trip, but I remember the course being great. I'm not sure if all this justifies the price of the rooms, but I'd definitely return if I'm in the area again.
  • It's overpriced. For the amount of money we paid for a room with twin beds ($215 per night) you get basic things in your room. We had a small coffee maker with enough coffee for a one time use for 2 people. We had three people (which they were aware of). They provided the smallest complimentary shampoo/conditioner/lotion I've ever seen in a hotel room. No bathrobes for a pool resort hotel...weird. Their is no breakfast included with your stay..for that amount of money..idk why not? Rooms were clean, bathroom was clean, staff friendly, the fact that their pools are 24/7 availability... awesome! Drinks are little watered down by the pool but the prices.. again...they are $9+ so your paying alot for watered down smaller version of your fav drinks . Food at the restaurants not bad but they don't stand out taste wise.. pretty average with higher prices. So if you want to go to the middle of nowhere for a average hotel with a wallet crushing experience, this place would work.
  • We golfed this course last year and really enjoyed it so we planned to golf it again this year. When I told a friend we were coming, he told me the course was in terrible shape and not to waste my money. We weren't going to be going for a couple weeks so I called the golf course to make sure. I was told they got the problem fixed and the course was in excellent shape, so I made my tee time. The course was horrible!!! The only areas being watered were the fairways and greens. If you hit the ball in the "rough", it was basically concrete and extremely hard to hit off of. The tee boxes and greens were in terrible condition as well. They were patchy, bumpy and not well maintained. The fairways were the best part of the course, but they were extremely sub par, containing large dead and dry areas as well. Not only was the course in terrible condition, the water coolers were empty and the none of the ball washers had water or towels. The worst part for me was the fact that I called and asked, and was lied to. That was extremely unethical and I will not give them any more of my money. I can understand having issues with the sprinklers or something, but to lie about the conditions and to charge that much for such a terrible course is inexcusable. These were the worst conditions I have ever seen on a golf course. The only thing fun about this outing was visiting with a friend I had not seen in a year, the golfing wasn't even fun! Don't waste your time or money, and don't trust what they tell you when you call!
  • We visited the pools and found it very relaxing. Both indoor and outdoor pools are very big. There is a water slide for the kids. Both pools were surprisingly warm, but the hot soaking pools not hot enoug and had dirt bits floating. Not sure if thats because it's directly from the hot spring source. Concession stands are pricey, and outside food and drinks are not allowed. Bathrooms and showers were clean as expected. We paid about $18 for two adults.
