  • This zoo is a unique experience, A little expensive at first glance, but not really. You get to ride a tram through the whole park and see and feed lots of wildlife.  more »
  • I will say the people are nice there but the animals are slim and they do not come to your tram. Even the deers don't come up. Basic deers, ducks, etc but all the wild, exotic animals are far far and ...  more »
  • If you go expecting a modern type zoo with multiple rest rooms, cool down sprays and glass fronted views of the animals your gonna be disappointed. This is a wildlife park where 100's of animals inclu...  more »
  • Parking was a bit difficult, but we came early on Saturday and it was a nice day. We bought 2 buckets and ended up with 1 bucket full. Our tram driver was really nice, but she didn't stop enough for us to enjoy the animals more. It wasn't packed, and there was no tram behind it. So it wasn't like we were in a rush. It was a nice park, the animals are sweet. Lots of flies, so eating lunch was a bit tough. The petting zoo is right next to the giraffes and the pony rides were free for our kids. Overall, the experience was fun; but I would have enjoy it much more if we could spend more time in the tram, because we could only ride once.
  • This place used to be great! One of the BEST hangout spots and really affordable. When the owner retired and sold the zoo, things went down hill. You now can't drive your car for example through the area and feed the animals, instead you have to ride the tram and many times don't experience anything... Prices on tickets went up, and animals look not only unhealthy but also sad. Save your money, this guy must sell this place to a new owner and fire all staff!
  • It's a small "backyard" zoo that offers a tram ride through fairly open grounds that hosts a variety of close-up animal encounters involving many types of bovine, deer and large, flightless birds. The park offers inexpensive food bowls that the animals are happy to eat out of though you must remind your small children to hold the bowls with both hands to avoid spilling/dropping because the animals can get greedy (especially the ostriches). While they are home to a rhinoceros, giraffes, lemurs and many others not listed these animals are placed in their own enclosures and may not be seen as well as others. The zoo offers other amenities like a petting zoo, pony rides and a gift shop that were not experienced personally during my visit. Overall, a nice experience that is sure to put a smile on any animal lover's face. The only issue we ran into was the inability to pay with a debit/credit card.
  • The park itself was very nice. We had fun on the safari ride, petting zoo, and with the horses. The only problem I had is with the parking. The parking area is all gravel and the large trams that provide the tours drive through the parking lot. When we returned to the car, we found a rock had shattered my back windshield. The owner refused to acknowledge that one of his trams may have caused the damage. He went on to ask me 'how I would like it if I had to sleep at there are night to keep people from shooting his animals' and that 'life isn't fair'. I will never return.
  • I found it impossible to understand the lady who drove us and she spoke so fast and with a broad accent. The ride was really crazy for anyone with a back problem. She rarely stopped so we were really disappointed as we didn't get up close to many of the animals. The animals were wonderful and made the trip worthwhile. You're only allowed 1 ride through the park which is disappointing as there were few stops. While the ladies working there would shout have you been on the ride if you stood around in the area where they took place they abruptly refused you permission to ride again as we did as it was the last ride of the day and it wasn't full. I don't understand what's achieved by being ride like this. Beautiful animals but rude unfriendly staff. Even my kids thought the staff were rude and unfriendly as was the lady on the gate which speaks for itself I suppose. What a shame beautiful animals but would never recommend :(
