  • Great park. Lots of hiking and biking loops-check out their website for the trails. The parking area also has maps for hiking and biking. Great park along the river-clean and beautifully maintained.  more »

  • The park is beautiful. Some of the staff is super friendly and others not so friendly. The website to book online is a pain and complicated. They have some great nature trails, bike trails and river. The campsites are hit or miss. Some of them are small with little to no privacy others are large and private. They have showers littered throughout the park, with the hot water showers near the bathroom. There's no electricity, and 1 outlet in the bathroom. The sites come with a grill, picnic table and fire ring. The sites are walk up sites so be prepared to walk your gear from the parking lot. They have carts that are easy to push/pull and large enough to make a few trips. Best part of this campsite, no RV's. My only complaint was that I was a little late in leaving...granted I should've given them a heads up, but the next party came super early, even though check in was later, and staff was a bit rude and "inconvenienced" even though the other party arrived 2 hours early.
  • 10mile long mtb trails. Easy rides, always nice people there.
  • A favorite park for mountain bikers, and a local group who have laid out the trails for them. There varying landscapes here including shaded wooded areas and open spaces There also is a trail for horses. It would be nice to have more trail markers with maps along the trails. There are geocaches hidden throughout this park for those into that sport.
  • Some solid Florida singletrack. Don't expect elevation gain, and no - that lion is not real, it's ceramic.
  • Nice park on the river with trails to walk down but they choose to charge for parking even though they receive tax payer money.
