North side entrance(18251 North River Rd.): 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Main entrance (18500 North River Rd.): 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Campground entrance(19130 North River Rd.): 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday (November -April).

Parking: $1 per hour/$5 per day, year-round (Lee County Annual Parking Stickers are accepted at this park)


Pets are not permitted.

Alcohol is prohibited.

Keep in mind that the southside trails are available only for hiking.

Facility and Equipment Rentals

Primative Tent Camping Only: $15 for a family site, $30 for a group site or equestrian site also a $100 dollar refundable damage deposit required. Click here for a campground map. Click here to check campsite availability.

Shelter rentals: $25 per day. Parking fees apply.

Lodge rentals: Seating for 80 in a screened facility with a kitchen (refrigeration & microwave available) $150 per day, plus a $250 refundable damage deposit. Regular parking fees apply. Lodge access requires a 5 minute walk from the campground parking lot.

Kayak rentals: $15 per hour, $40 per day and includes the use of paddles and life jackets. Kayaks are available from 9:30am to 3pm. KAYAK RENTAL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

  • We've been twice already! This park is a fun hike with really gorgeous scenery. In Florida, we usually don't see much variation in terrain or vegetation but this hike had it all - from rivers to pineland to dense brush. We saw snakes and birds and really had a great time.
  • Great campground! Spacious campsites & wonderful facilities for tent camping. Group areas & single tent sites were all beautiful. Rode the blue bike trail & LOVED it. Highly recommend!
  • This is the most amazing place to go camping. My daughter and i stsyed for 2 weeks and i continued to go to work and she hung out and had a great time. I would do it any gime i can. Best time ever.
  • It is a great MTB park , a lot of fast trails , some tecnical but not crazy, good for starers and or fast riders! Winter time at this park got to offer a very nice night rides and a lot of wild life around, keep your self alert! :)
  • Did a wonderful, peaceful place. Great for walking, horse back riding, riding bikes, fishing and camping. Very safe and well kept
