  • My family goes here just about every summer and we always have a good time. It is not too big to fit everything into one day, and while there are a few rides where the line can get long, it isn't like...  more »

  • Great local amusement park. Waterpark is great for all ages. Prices are a little high for everything but if you get the season pass parking and tickets are not as bad. Great for destination visits or great for locals wanting a little fun in their lives.
  • Even though I like to knock Adventureland, it's very good. Really nice new roller coaster that has received multiple awards and praises. Their waterpark is amazing but requires you go through the entire park to get there.
  • A good amusement park for Iowa. It doesn't compare to the likes of Disneyland, Universal Studios, Six Flags, etc., but it's a good place to visit once a year.
  • during the summer the lines are long especially on the new rides so I would recommend either spending half your day in the line or go as soon as Adventureland opens for the season.
  • I had a great time with my family during Labor Day Weekend. It was busy but not overcrowded. The rides were fun with the kids and my daughter and nephew, both five years old, rode their first roller coasters here. They, for the most part, had a great time. Food is over priced but what amusement park isn't? I didn't try the Monster because I didn't care to wait in line half my day. Looks fun though.
