  • As an amusement park enthusiast, I'm always willing to scope out a new one in search of the highest peaks and fastest rails. So when I read that they were opening The Monster, we decided to hop in the...  read more »

  • Attended with kids ( 16 8 11 4 ) and wife. We had a blast as usual. We have come each summer for the last 5 years and I came many times when I was a kid. Ride the roller coaters for sure!
  • I had a great time with my family during Labor Day Weekend. It was busy but not overcrowded. The rides were fun with the kids and my daughter and nephew, both five years old, rode their first roller coasters here. They, for the most part, had a great time. Food is over priced but what amusement park isn't? I didn't try the Monster because I didn't care to wait in line half my day. Looks fun though.
  • I love coming here! The service is always amazing and friendly. This isn't the biggest park but it does have its thrill rides and small stuff for everyone to enjoy. It's a great getaway and you can actually experience the whole park in 1 to 2 days and ride everything a few times, at night they let you ride without getting off if no one is in line!
  • We went to Adventureland on a Saturday. Some of the coasters were fine but, one seemed like it could give up on life at any moment. The ride staff was super rude. I was yelled at for taking off my flip flops before getting on the ski lift so they wouldn't accidentally fall off. There were signs posted on the ride stating that if anything fell you would not be able to claim it until the next day. Well I kind of need my shoes so I chose to not chance it. Also you were forced to take all of your stuff with you on the rides including hats and purses. It didn't matter if the ride went upside down or not. Now remember you can not get your items back until the next day. Worlds of Fun is a larger rival amusement park and they have an item storage area for all of their rides. It seems like a safety and a convenience issue. It really put a damper on the experience. They food service staff was slow but friendly. The water park wasn't to bad. However, I feel that they should require lids for the beverages they allow in the pool. Overall my time there was mediocre at best.
  • I have been going to Adventureland since I was a child. Now that I have children of my own, we have kept the tradition going. The park is well maintained, friendly staff, and they constantly update the rides. In 2016, they added a new rollercoaster that looks thrilling, though I didn't go on it. Most of the rides are accessible to anyone over 48 inches tall (52 inches and you can ride anything), which was great for our five year old. The food and drinks are reasonably priced, and they let you bring in your own bottled non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles. Great place to spend a day with the family, highly recommended!
  • I really like Adventureland. We went on a Monday this time and the lines were very short. Only thing keeping me from giving good a 5 star is that it needs a little easy maintenance like painting or installing new fences.
