  • It was a very fun place. My family and I go there every summer. It made for all ages, everyone can enjoy. The new ride they put in this year the Monster is a very fun roller coaster & as well as the A...  more »
  • Have been coming here since I was a kid and I love it! They are slowing updating the surroundings BUT the rides are excellent and that beer garden. Super bonus.
  • As an amusement park enthusiast, I'm always willing to scope out a new one in search of the highest peaks and fastest rails. So when I read that they were opening The Monster, we decided to hop in the...  more »

  • I had a great time with my family during Labor Day Weekend. It was busy but not overcrowded. The rides were fun with the kids and my daughter and nephew, both five years old, rode their first roller coasters here. They, for the most part, had a great time. Food is over priced but what amusement park isn't? I didn't try the Monster because I didn't care to wait in line half my day. Looks fun though.
  • For starters the price to get in is pretty steep considering its not Disney land! And the website said it was open until 10pm, but failed to mention that was only on weekends. We went on a weekday, and many of the rides we were there for were not even running at all that day. Food drinks and pictures were all very overpriced as well. The water park was nice and a great way to cool down, but it closes even before the park and with lines a mile long we only were able to enjoy 3 slides before getting the boot. Loved the pool bar though as adults can chill out while kids play... never got a chance to visit it though. Overall it was fun but I feel I emptied the wallet a little too soon for what we actually got!
  • I love coming here! The service is always amazing and friendly. This isn't the biggest park but it does have its thrill rides and small stuff for everyone to enjoy. It's a great getaway and you can actually experience the whole park in 1 to 2 days and ride everything a few times, at night they let you ride without getting off if no one is in line!
  • My husband and I had our wedding at Adventureland inside the Palace Theater and it was EVERYTHING that we dreamed of, plus more. We are completely taken back by the space that we were able to use, the staff that helped us throughout our wedding day, and our event coordinator, Paige Crow. The space inside the Palace Theater was incredible--very elegant and the perfect space for both our ceremony and reception. One of the things that I loved most about using this space is that the room can fit so many people that our ceremony was set up on one side, we divided the room with pipe and drape, and then reception was set up on the other side. As people entered for the ceremony, they couldn't see the reception side because of the pipe and drape so when it came time for the reception, the space was still a surprise for all. The staff members were great at Adventureland as well. From the bartenders, to the wait staff, to those helping get our cake ready for our guests, to the gentleman that drove the shuttle for us, we appreciate all of the hard work. Everyone remained professional throughout the whole event. Paige Crow, our event coordinator--- AWESOME WORK!! We were so blessed to have her help us throughout our special day. Paige made sure that we were pleased with how everything looked, helped to ensure that we had access to the building when we needed it, was flexible when we needed to meet with her, plus so much more. Our day ended up being so smooth because of all of the hard work that Paige helped us with. Food--- our food was great as well! The staff members did a great job getting the appetizers ready when they needed to be served and then when it came time for dinner, everything was ready to go! We received a lot of compliments on the food. Everything was perfect! Another little perk that Adventureland made possible was keeping up the carousel for us to take pictures on. Typically by this time of the year, the rides have been taken care of for the winter months. One of the requests that I had was to see if we could keep the carousel up for our wedding. Adventureland did go above and beyond and kept the carousel up for us so that we could get pictures on it. Adventureland, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. You all helped to make our day/weekend so special and it wouldn't have been possible without all of you! We would highly recommend this space for a wedding!
  • We went to Adventureland on a Saturday. Some of the coasters were fine but, one seemed like it could give up on life at any moment. The ride staff was super rude. I was yelled at for taking off my flip flops before getting on the ski lift so they wouldn't accidentally fall off. There were signs posted on the ride stating that if anything fell you would not be able to claim it until the next day. Well I kind of need my shoes so I chose to not chance it. Also you were forced to take all of your stuff with you on the rides including hats and purses. It didn't matter if the ride went upside down or not. Now remember you can not get your items back until the next day. Worlds of Fun is a larger rival amusement park and they have an item storage area for all of their rides. It seems like a safety and a convenience issue. It really put a damper on the experience. They food service staff was slow but friendly. The water park wasn't to bad. However, I feel that they should require lids for the beverages they allow in the pool. Overall my time there was mediocre at best.
