  • I do not consider myself a weapons person but the historical aspect of the displays is totally fascinating. The guides were wonderfully knowledgeable and personable.  more »

  • What a wonderful treasure! We stayed for a lecture by the founder of the museum. The story of how this museum came together is fascinating! All of the volunteers and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It's a well laid out place, great for families with children too. They continue to add new artifacts so we'll continue to visit.
  • Well curated museum. The staff is knowledgeable. They also offer short lectures about different related topics.
  • Lots of interesting pieces of armor and weapons from ages past. Very knowledgeable staff.
  • A must see, this mass collection is extraordinary at the least.. A piece of the Smithsonian right here in the Midwest, that is what I equate it to. You do get the "WOW" factor.... the admission price is pennies to the return on your experience.
