Coca-Cola Park, Allentown

Categories: Fun & Games, Sports Complexes
Inspirock Rating:
4.7/5 based on 480+ reviews on the web
Renowned for its intimate atmosphere and innovative design, Coca-Cola Park features a slightly different layout from most baseball stadiums because its main entrance sits on the right-field line rather than behind home plate. Home to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, a minor league baseball club, the stadium opened in 2008 with the capacity to seat over 10,000 fans. The ballpark hosts about 70 games per year and attracts over half a million annual visitors. Stop by for one of the IronPigs home games, or make arrangements for a guided tour of the ballpark's clubhouse, press box, and dugouts. • My family and I always have a great time when we attend baseball games. Food prices are moderate and I love the pork parfaits
  • I love going to a Pigs game -- first off, being a Phillies fan in the LV, it is amazing to have the triple AAA affiliate right down the block to see the future stars of MLB (as well as rehabbing playe...  read more »
  • My first visit to see the Iron Pigs at Coca-Cola Park. Every employee I spoke to was very friendly and helpful! I started out in the Bacon Section, most awesome section name ever! Great view of the field. I then walked around and found wherever I was, the view was just as good. Tickets and food prices were very reasonable. Stadium, as well as the men's room, was very clean. Nice selection of food and drinks. After the game, there was a surprisingly good fireworks show. There were also some fun games for the little kids. Overall I had a great time and will definitely be going back!
  • What can one say about the most incredible minor-league ballpark in the entire USA?? Of course, I'm prejudiced becuse it's home to MY league favorite, the Iron Pigs, an offshoot of the Philadelphia Phillies. The park was designed with the FAN in mind, not the owners or management. Wide concourses; varied food offerings; decent prices; FRESH beverages, etc. A GREAT place for a family outing.
  • Always a good time and good food. Always come out for the dog days to sit on the hill and watch the game with the pups. A nice touch and thoughtful to be able to have a place welcome dogs to enjoy something altogether.
  • We had a really great time tonight checking out the Iron Pigs game followed by a really impressive fireworks show. The stadium is really nice, concession stands were available with all different beers and non alcoholic beverages, baseball snacks, and their specialty for all things Iron Pig are a bunch of bacon snacks. Very fun and would definitely return
  • Great place to spend a summer evening or afternoon. Prices are reasonable. For a special experience, try the "Pig Pen" or "Bacon Strip" in the left and right outfields. Caution however, these spots can be particularly hot on sunny summer day games. Family fun that won't break the budget.
