  • Fun natural area with a pretty waterfall. Steep drops around falls requires attention with small kids. Beautiful hike to the bottom of the falls.  more »

  • I visit waterfalls on the plateau fairly regularly from Sewanee to BSF, and this is a personal favorite. The trail follows flat, wooded land to the rim, and then a descent to the falls. It's beautiful, a real hidden gem of TN.
  • This is one of my favorite places I've had the pleasure to hike. Very quit it's definitely a gem and a must. Easy hike in and out..
  • We lived within minutes of this place for about 5 years. We would often take company out there, as the trail is about the perfect distance for people who don't hike often. (not excessively long, but not too short) the falls are beautiful and it's awesome that you can walk around the gorge, behind the falls and come up the other side.
  • Quiet, peaceful trails wind through woods and lead up to a lovely waterfall. It's not very large, but, nice for a quiet walk in the woods. The trails are easy to navigate, but you'll walk single file most of the way.
  • It's a beautiful hike. Not strenuous and only around two miles or so. It's a great place for a picnic.
