The large complex at Albuquerque Biological Park features an environmental museum made up of four main sections that explore the local wildlife. The park features a 26 hectare (64 acre) zoo, with over 250 species of exotic and native animals and an aquarium with a variety of local saltwater species. You can explore over 2 km (1.5 mi) of paths in the botanical gardens, including a 930 sq m (10,000 sq ft) glass conservatory, which features plants from desert climate zones.
