  • Nice Zoo and Aquarium combo. Some exhibits were under construction but overall, an enjoyable experience. The train ride between the two attractions is neat. We spent about 3-4 hours here. The insect exhibits were great. The aquarium featured local species as well which is always great to see.
  • This is easily one of our favorite places to visit for family fun. The kids love zoos and we have been to plenty. This one just seems to be easy and has terrific animals and enclosures. The layout is great and there is plenty of things to do. Their events are always fun.
  • For ABQ being such a small city, our zoo is amazing. The facility's are clean and well kept and there are endless things to do. The playground is amazing and the animals are so fun to watch! I would highly recommend a zoo pass for families. The pass gets you into the zoo, aquarium and gardens.
  • Great Zoo, lots of different animals, great experience for families.. It's a lot of walking so wear your good shoes though. Kids will love it. I saw quite a few animals that Ive never seen before. My favorite was the monkeys and there babys... Grassy knoll area in the middle is great for a picnic as well.
  • The ABQ Zoo has The only city park where no homeless or drug addicts have made their home!! Very clean and perfect for the youngest of children! The park in the zoo was updated with an all new play area as of this past summer, 2017.
