  • Overall we found this zoo to be well designed for our comfort and convenience and for viewing the animals. A few of the exhibit spaces we thought were too small or otherwise not good for the animals. ...  read more »
  • The bio park isn't like a major city but is adequate for such an area. Good place for family and kids will love it. One can bring food for a picnic
  • Nice trip with beautiful gardens to walk through m. Didn't go to the zoo, but we ate at the restaurant, which was pretty good m. The aquarium is small but nice. A nice day in all
  • Such a great place for your family to visit! One of the must sees of Albuquerque. The triple entertainment of the zoo, the aquarium, and botanical gardens have something for everyone! The only thing that stops this from being 5 star is the prices. Although they do offer many discount days if you check the city's website. There are lots of amazing special events at the Biopark where drinks are served and music is there or sleep overs with the sharks. All in all, AMAZING and magical place.
  • This is not the San Diego or LA Zoo, however it is very good. The animals are fine and the zoo is well kept. It is not on part with other "major" city zoos, but it probably does not have the resources to do so. Overall it is a great family time and the kids love it. It suits ABQ's needs perfectly!
  • We have a family membership and love going. The bio park is amazing. Big and beautiful and tons of things for the kids. My kids request to go here over the zoo and aquarium.
  • This zoo has and will always be one of my favorites. It's laid out in a way that isn't confusing like other zoos that I've been to and it allows you to see all of the exhibits in a short time. Their are several places for snacks and drinks. There is also a very nice gift shop. Every person I dealt with on the staff was very friendly. Their are several exhibits that allow you to view the animals up close and personal. I highly recommend this place.
  • A nice park. Fairly large with a good selection of animals. Really liked the big cat section. Pretty much want an ocelot now.
