  • I can't comment on the quality of the food as it was impossible for us to try it. We called ahead to make certain we could get a table and they assured us that they could even though it was a holiday but that the kitchen was running slow. We decided this wouldn't be a problem as we were looking forward to trying their beers. When we arrived the harried hostess told us that no, there were no tables and there would be a 45 minute wait for us. There was no inside area to wait and enjoy a beer, so we sat outside in the rain to wait. The hostess soon came and told us we'd have to leave the outside table as they were going to start seating and serving outside. So we stand for 45 minutes? I don't think so. We bounced across the street instead. I wouldn't care at all if they hadn't mislead us when we called.
  • My experience was ok. The beer was pretty good, (the root beer is also fantastic) and the food was tasty. What really pulled down the score was the service. (to be fair, I was annoyed, so I probably noticed more than I would normally) First, I was waiting quite a while before the waitress came to greet me, and she explained that they were 'slammed', yet the room was only half full. Granted, I don't know their staffing level, and it could have been busy for the number of servers. Next, the wait for the salad was really long, as it arrived just before the entree. And there was a rotten tomato on the salad. Finally, she didn't refill my water at all, and didn't ask if I was done before clearing the dishes. (I was done, but I would have liked the courtesy of the question). So, to summarize, tasty food and beer, but weak service.
  • The beer is great. The food is pretty good. The green chili burger was amazing but the gyro sandwich was one of the most bland things I've ever eaten.
  • The food is always okay, but the service has consistently been absolutely terrible. I'm writing this review at the Brew Pub now while waiting 15 mins for A SODA REFILL! They brought out the chips and salsa app with our meals as well. The waiter can't seem to remember 1 things let alone trying to handle multiple tasks. I always tip very well, and have never stiffed a waiter but it's happening today.
  • They have good beer. I especially like the Mexican lager. Great polished old safe/vault door over the bar. Fun spot to go when they have live music.
