  • Interesting relics of a bygone age out in the courtyard, but the museum itself is very, very dated and in need of a total makeover and infusion of money. It's worth the effort .only. if driving by...  more »
  • We visited the missile range museum with 2 kids - ages 7 and 10. No problem getting in - just parked in lot and went to center with ID -- took about 5 minutes. The museum is full of exhibits about.....  more »
  • Despite reviews very easy to get in. Stop at reception, have license, reg and ins card. Free entry. Might take a while if a lot of people, answer questions, get picture taken and that's it. The guy...  more »

  • I flew out from Atlanta although I live in Dothan Alabama but I met my granddaughter at airport and flew with her to my sons who is her dad. OMG I absolutely fell in love with New Mexico. The white sands was awesome.
  • I was stationed at Bristol, RI in 1965-66 at the Nike Hercules Missile Base and in 1965 we were appointed to go to the White Sands Missile Range and fire a missile. When we arrived there we were told we would do the first night firing of a Nike Hercules Missile at White Sands. I would loved to have seen it but I was in the radar van and missed it. We did see other Missile Battalions fire their Missile during the daytime. What a great experience!
  • Hey Dummkopf. Its a Military Instilliation. Their not gona come greet you, while skipping and holding hands. Maybe in Germany thats how you do things.🤔
  • Very interesting. Free admission. Remember your passport if you are not a us citizen.
  • Whenever I have multi-million dollar ordinance (atomic or otherwise) that I just want to pop off on the weekends, I go to White Sands. Why there is no finer place on the planet to just bust off a titan missile than White Sands! Fun abounds, so don’t delay and get your ass there to have some serious fun. When I think missiles ranges and testing deadly weapons, White Sands has the hook up!
