Loved it. Out by the bay with a great view of SF in the distance. Had the greatest person serve us a flight of tastings she knew so much about the making of the alcohol and all of its sorts. Amazed at how much she taught me. Her name is Sam. I'll definitly return and if I tell anyone about it I'll have them request Sam . A must do if your visiting the bay area.

What a great experience! We did both the tasting and the tour. We had a fun quirky tour guide who was very knowledgeable in the past and present production of their spirits! The brewery was really nice and the equipment was very interesting! The spirits were delicious!

First, if you appreciate any type of spirits, reserve a spot on the tour. The tour guides are knowledgeable, but not pedantic. You learn a lot about the distillation process and how flavors are infused. At the end of the tour, you receive a couple of flights of gins, vodkas, and liqueurs, along with a helpful introduction on how to taste spirits. This a great experience with a group. The spirits are reasonably priced, and the staff never steer you to purchase, unlike some crass Napa valley wineries. Lastly, be sure to appreciate the gorgeous views of the San Francisco skyline from the deck outside of of the WWII hangar that is St George. Awesome place!
