  • This mall is so sad. It was once an awesome place to shop. Macy's and Sears have both vacated. JcPenney is the only anchor store left. So many other empty stores. Instead of keeping kiosks they have m...  more »

  • This is hardly a mall anymore. They rarely plow the parking lot, there are only a handful of stores left, and there are a lot of crazies walking around. The employees that work in these stores are great and you do find some genuine people every once and a while, but this place is going under really quickly. There are definitely better ways to make use of the land.
  • Chapel Hill Mall now seems like a ghost town. This mall is almost completely deserted. Very sad to see. Many of everyones once beloved stores are now gone with no new prospects. There are still some great stores that remain, but its not the same. I truly hope one day this mall will come back to life and thrive like it once did.
  • This mall is actually still pretty and in good shape. But like many malls around the U.S., it's pretty deserted. We were there the Sunday before Thanksgiving to eat at the food court and hang out. We were surprised to see only limited food outlets still open and even fewer open on Sunday. It's not what it used to be back in the day but still a pretty decent mall if you need one. And in case you're wondering, the carousel is still running and was fun for the kids.
  • Took my daughter here for a mommy daughter day out. We had a great time just walking around! We rode the carousel, enjoyed a slushy and fresh popcorn, visited Bath & Body Works, enjoyed some great food in the food court, had our pictures taken in an awesome picture booth, and rode around electronic toys throughout the mall. It was a great day!
  • No more Sears, a lot of empty stores, Penney is still here and had a great sale after Christmas. The food court is still there with a good selection.
