  • This mall is so sad. It was once an awesome place to shop. Macy's and Sears have both vacated. JcPenney is the only anchor store left. So many other empty stores. Instead of keeping kiosks they have m...  more »
  • This mall has definitely seen better days. There were several empty lots including at least one anchor. The staff, however, was very helpful and friendly. We came here to ride the carousel 15 minutes ...  more »
  • It's clear that Chapel Hill Mall was one that thriving, but since then, has been in a decline. You can find the stores you would expect here, as well as a few favorite food venues in the Food Court, b...  more »

  • This mall has seriously gone down hill. I drove from Cleveland to Akron to visit a particular store only to get there, see it’s name on the directory and realize it was closed and no longer there. In fact, there are tons of stores that are no longer open. This mall is quickly becoming deserted. It definitely wasn’t worth the drive. They need to update their directory. On the bright side, Auntie Anne’s is still there and their pretzels are still just as good lol.
  • It's a pretty mall but it's dead. All the shops are leaving, gone already or bankrupt and will be gone soon. They have maybe a few decent stores left but I'd rather go to Summit or anywhere else. Soon I believe it won't be a mall anymore. I don't think it has enough stores to even be classified as a mall.
  • It's sad to see this mall start to head downhill. I spent a lot of time in my childhood here, and now there are hardly any stores that aren't sketchy. There are many vacancy and there isn't really anything to do here. At least they still have the carousel, or at least the last time I was there they did.
  • This is hardly a mall anymore. They rarely plow the parking lot, there are only a handful of stores left, and there are a lot of crazies walking around. The employees that work in these stores are great and you do find some genuine people every once and a while, but this place is going under really quickly. There are definitely better ways to make use of the land.
  • Chapel Hill Mall now seems like a ghost town. This mall is almost completely deserted. Very sad to see. Many of everyones once beloved stores are now gone with no new prospects. There are still some great stores that remain, but its not the same. I truly hope one day this mall will come back to life and thrive like it once did.
