3/5 based on 1,500+ reviews on the web
The oldest of the Six Flags properties, Six Flags New England combines a theme park and water park. This spot got its start as a park in the 19th century and began introducing amusements in the early 20th century. However, its modern reputation is for its thrilling roller coasters, many of which are named after popular characters or films, such as Batman: The Ride. Costumed characters roam the avenues between the rides. • The park is nice but the lines were insane for October. Get a Flash Pass if you can afford it. Looking forward to "The Joker 4D" in 2017. The food is below average. Too bad they do not allow wrist str...  read more »

  • What a great place to have fun! The roller coasters are a great thrill, and the water park is perfect on a hot day. The ticket price was reasonable as well. I came here during a Pokemon GO event weekend, where they put out lures for all their patrons! Such a great idea to interact with their customers!
  • Coasters are good, but the park is just ok. Wicked cyclone is one of the best coasters I've been on, surprising and fun. Our teens loved the virtual rude at Superman. The staff was accommodating. Not much shade, especially in certain parts of the park. They don't have many benches to sit on while others go on a ride. The layout is done so teens and younger kids really can't walk around together. I miss Riverside!
  • Been going to this place since it was called Riverside. My parents got us season passes for many years. Never went as much as we'd like to have given the fact we had season passes. But none the less it's worth it even if you go just a couple times considering the day passes are almost as expensive as a season or thrill pass. Anyways I didn't realize how awesome this park was til I didn't go for years. Then when I went back I had so much fun. I think it's cause I took it for granted back then and now I see it as more of a treat especially since I'm paying my own way. It's alot further from me then It was when I was younger but I try to go back as often as I can. Haven't gone yet but went to Canobie lake Park and six flags crushes it fur to the water park at six flags alone. Fun Park wish they would add more vegan options yo their food menus though.... In due time I'm sure.
  • Went here in the last week for a company event with a season pass and had a blast, went on rides like Goliath and Flashback, two scary yet awesome roller coasters, the fun yet super soaking Blizzard River that's got its own penguin warehouse it seems (I got soaked by the end of the day), and the wonderful Sky Screamer, which despite its name, is not very scary at all, more of a peaceful swing ride. The staff was very helpful and polite, though one did try to get a picture for me just to get money. Just make sure to get the Flash Pass though, otherwise, the lines will be VERY long. The food is good, though I mostly got ice creams from stands. I'll definitely be back again for this summer if I can help it.
  • Absolutely ridiculous. Last week my friend was there with his family when they noticed a man following there family around. The individual was hiding behind things following them all over. Then his daughter confronted the man and he grabbed a hold of her. Like any father my buddy seen this and chased after the man that touched his daughter. Once he found him literally hiding in a shop he grabbed him wanting to know why he touched his daughter. At this point this mam that is dressed as a bum informs them he's loss prevention and thought they were stealing then called security and police and had these season pass holders escorted off the property. When did it become this families fault for there staff grabbing his daughter. There gonna get someone killed following people's kids around and touching young girls . Not impressed. If your worried about theft I suggest security guards . The day I see a strange man grab my daughter then run as I approach they better keep running for there life. You don't touch people kids no matter what.
