  • I recently bought my mom an airplane ride for her birthday and we were able to go up in an open cockpit biplane. It was an amazing experience! The flight was great, smooth and the pilot was exceptional. We were comfortable and had a great flight. I recommend a visit and a flight.
  • We planned for 2 hours at this museum. 4 hours later we realized we had to head home for dinner. This was an absolutely‚Äč amazing museum with beautiful aircraft that range from WW I and II, the Korean War, Vietnam, and the Cold War. Most aircraft are restorations and have an amazing story and history behind them. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to answer any questions you may have. We had the fortune of running into a Vietnam vet named Bob who gave us a personal tour of the original aircraft he flew during the war. The stories he had are something I will always remember. I gurentee the people who have complained it's a "small" museum didn't realize there's a door in the main hanger that leads outside to THREE other giant hangers full of aircraft and even a tank! If you are interested in history, aviation, or just looking for something new. This is the place to go. Enjoy!
  • I'm from India and I happened to visit the Cavanaugh Flight Museum, two weeks ago. I spent a couple of hours at the museum and must say that they have a fine set of exhibits which included a few planes from the First and Second World Wars and a few modern jet types as well. The staff were kind and extra helpful. In short, it was a great experience.
  • The staff was SO friendly and HELPFUL! We were able to view a plane my dad a crew chief for in Vietnam. Made our day! Thank you :-) Great collection of military aircraft from WWI, WWII, Vietnam, and Korea.
  • Nice collection. Clean well presented. Fair price
