  • The restaurant is always clean. The food is always good. The service is always prompt, efficient, and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. They are the best!  more »
  • House is spotless, all decorated and in the time that the Usonian Houses were built (1957 in Illinois, was restored and moved to this park a few years ago) also in the kitchen has a sector of * modern kitchen * with all the comforts to spend a few unforgettable days. It is in a park with other 3 houses of Wright disciples. If they don't feel like cooking, there is no problem because there is a restaurant next to the reception where you can eat a few dishes but all delicious. It is very close to the House of the cascade and is recommended to make the reservation in advance since there are guided Tours to the Polymath Park houses and we just rent a few days in the month.

  • We did an entire Frank Lloyd Wright long weekend in the area. While Fallingwater gets all the hype (rightfully so), other houses nearby are worth a visit. The Duncan House is in Polymath Park, which i...  more »

  • We had an amazing stay here. The house was beautiful and had a mid-century charm to it. The house has a great location with privacy and a short drive from Falling Water. I never thought I'd be able to stay the night in an actual Frank Lloyd Wright home!
  • Great experience. The houses are beautiful. The grounds are lovely. Our guide Robert was extremely informative and answered all of our questions. It was a wonderful time & the food at Treetops Restaurant was great too. I wish I could give it 10 stars!
  • These houses at the Polymath Park are well worth visiting on your trip to Fallingwater. The Duncan house shows an alternate view of FLW's architecture. Also, the visit is much less crowded than Fallingwater and there are plenty of opportunities to wander inside and around the house.
  • Went on a tour of the grounds and it was spectacular. Our tour guide ended up being one of the owners and she was very knowledgeable and very good with the tour. It was very very cool to see all of the houses and the grounds they are on. Would defiantly recommend going.
  • Such a treat to see these houses restored and available. We had a lovely tour and lunch at Tree Tops. I highly recommend!
