  • The ice was a total mess, if it survives the weekend I'll be surprised. £27 for 2 adults and 1 child with skate hire, although you're paying to have your feet in pain for an hour. I don't think they've changed the skates since they first started doing the Ice Factor in York. The lining is all worn out and the casings are bent up meaning they need to be really tight to be secure, but the casings dig into your foot. Also the ice was totally overcrowded with only 6 penguins available for kids to use (£2 extra hire fee). It's crazy that it's advertised as a family attraction but there's no where near enough aids for kids. Also you don't know there's not enough until you get there and have already pre booked. Overall it's crazy how poor the experience was, especially considering you can pay a lot less to skate in central London with comfortable Bauer skates, a bigger rink & a dedicated kids learning area.
  • The rink was very good and cafe next door was delightful. Worth every penny.
  • The rink was good and nice cabin to have a mulled wine in. Rides were all closed though which was a shame
  • Nice ice skating rink. Bit pricey.
  • Ice skating was really good but very cold, wrap up warm if your going here.
