  • Beautiful, interactive museum ... ideal to work with the children to know more about the struggle between Protestants and Catholics in the England of the 16th and 17th centuries. Spies and hiding priests, danger and secrets you. The miraculous life of the founder of the monastery just outside the walls of the city. A museum that also lives! The story ends today and tells the work the order carried out today in the world in all simplicity, without wishing to repent. Highly recommended is the café where you post or get, before a delicious meal prepared on site. From breakfast to high tea ... everything is possible. In fine weather, you can enjoy the garden. Do! Visit also the Holy Trinity convent after the bar Mickelgate for a small, but very interesting exhibition about the monastic life within the walls.
