  • Beautiful! Easy to walk paths with informative and humorous signs along the way. I enjoyed the variety of gardens. I was there on one of the hottest days of the July and wasn't able to see it all. The place had a good vibe and was peaceful. No car? No problem. I arrived/left via Uber from downtown York. In my short York vacation, I choose one garden to visit. I was very happy that I visited Breezy Knees.
  • If you have a bit of spare time while in York and enjoy a well designed garden, sure it's one place to go! Bus runs from city centre and you walk the rest. They also have a coffee shop with very good food.
  • Lovely Gardens, spent 2 leisurely hours admiring the various themed areas before a pleasant and very reasonably priced lunch. Ended the afternoon by purchasing a couple of plants from the nursery. Well worth a visit, and will return in the future. Thank you!
  • Visited with husband and 2 year old. Very friendly. Beautiful garden. Fine with buggy although note a couple of places where says not wheelchair friendly. All on the flat. Nice food at cafe. Recommend a visit.
  • Visited 10th August and due to weather lived up to it's name breezy. Vast expanse of flat beautifully planted and maintained garden areas, wildflower meadows, conifer walk, ponds and much more. Humourous notices, plants well labelled and easy accessible paths nursery excellent and prices very reasonable and last but not least excellent cafe to sit and enjoy the delicious food on offer, staff excellent. Well worth a visit.
