Great during event days (usually bank holiday weekends, check the website pls) when they offer bus rides on vintage buses. They are all day events, with the longest ride lasting for an hour or so and taking you through countryside. The museum holds interesting collection of vintage vehicles used mainly by local transport companies. On event days often guest buses from other museums or collectors are available for rides. There is also little steam train for children and picnic area, small café, toilets and museum shop. During events days diecast of models are on sale. Great day out for whole family.
Fantastic place to visit especially with the children. Plenty to look round and they are always doing something different, especially in the holiday's. Free admission which is a bonus!
Enjoyable experience with a range of busses and memorabilia. The train was especially good
