  • We where searching the Caravan Club app for somewhere to stay in the area and came across this little gem. Very easy to book and made very welcome by Sarah Jane. We had a very nice stay, looking over ...  read more »
  • Great place to visit for cyclists and non cyclists alike. Some lovely shops, I started my xmas shopping! Food at the cafe is spot on and so cheap. Perfect for a light bite
  • Was great to see inside the windmill, but the stairs are like a ladder, so if unsteady on your feet beware! Fantastic views from the top. Interesting shops with some one off items.
  • I popped in with my family (and two hounds) on the way back from holiday. The venue is very well set out and both the food and the staff are great. Good portions of home style cooking and very nice puddings.
  • Our favourite place for a scenic getaway. Beautiful little cottage let and home cooked meals. A historic gem!
  • A very pleasant and different shopping experience with a very pleasant restaurant serving very good food in nice surroundings.
  • Wide selection of food, all homemade and good service.
  • Lovely inside and out, especially after having been refurbished recently. Tea and cakes are always nice and the food is usually very nice (although on one occasion I was a little disappointed by the chips). The mill itself is a fascinating local landmark surrounded by all sorts of shops, and the village of Wymondham is nice - relatively quiet, considering it is a rat-run to the A1 - with lots of other interesting sites (I should know, I've lived there all my life)! My only criticism is the occasional lacklustre service, often accompanied by stroppy staff, but this is not the norm. I was also forced to leave on one occasion because serving had stopped due to overcrowding. But otherwise, a pleasant little tea room in a wonderful location.
