  • Bowls, den building and fruit and veg garden are very pleasant experiences. Decent refreshments and helpful staff.
  • Always a lovely trip here. Never had a negative experience here. Sunday lunch with veg from the gardens are just wonderful.
  • Lovely place to visit with great gardens and an interesting house interior, the property and facilities were very good which made for a good day, highly recommended.
  • A fantastic house and great gardens with peaceful parkland. My only gripe is that it's getting too popular and the tea room is frequently overrun. New car park was much needed but looks very ugly now that so much grass and trees have been removed.
  • Love this place. Perfect balance of house, gardens and walks plus the kids play area is the best for miles. Would definitely recommend to families with kids.
  • The staff make it. Great day out.
  • Great place for a day out. Really nice house and grounds. Plenty to do, wonderful cafe and lots for the children to see - including a little play area.
  • Nice playground area for kids and a beautiful old home. Decent cafe
