  • We used our Tesco vouchers to pay, but I really wouldn't have minded paying. £17.00 for myself & 2 children (aged 6 & 12) was very reasonable. It was cold today, but in a way, that made it better- no ...  more »

  • The Raptor Foundation is a great place to go for a day looking at wonderful birds of prey. There are plenty of birds to see and the displays are amazing and very well narrated by friendly and knowledgeable staff.
  • There were many different types of birds there and the staff were really friendly, however, I was disappointed by the bird display and the cages were so close together it was hard to not be in someone's way.
  • Great day our would definitely recommend, especially the meerkat experience.
  • I stayed at the Raptor Foundation along with my sister whilst visiting a family friend over from australia and long awaited reunion with our dad. We travelled through the early hours of the morning on thursday (3am) and arrived at the centre by 10.30. Unaware you couldnt check in until 2pm we asked to check in at 11 to have a quick power nap before heading out!! The members of staff were amazing right from the start!! - Nothing was too much trouble....we were in our room by 11.30 after a complimentary drink in the cafe. Absolutely wonderful!! The room was brilliantly done, with a small kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom!! I forgot to right good feedback in the book provided in the room, but i wish to recommend this place to everyone that is thinking about booking!!! Fantastic staff, fantastic facilites!!!! 5*!!! Will definitely be staying again!! Thank you so much!!
  • Met and fed the meerkats - excellent experience would recommend it. The meerkats were very tame and curious - they love Velcro and spent a lot of time trying to unfasten my trainers. The centre is nice and contained and the owners and staff are very friendly. Well worth a visit.
