  • Well maintained grounds. The sheer size and variety of the people and cultures in this place is fascinating, as is the history. Worth looking round if you live nearby.
  • I continue to be amazed at the blessings that Abdullah Yusuf Ali and Marmaduke Pickthal InSha'Allah are receiving as a result of their foresight to translate the Quran into English back when they did. The fact that even today people are reading and quoting their work, not to mention the numbers of reverts because of it - Subhanallah!
  • Famous Muslims buried in Brookwood graveyard in Woking where we managed to find & paid Fateha on the graves of Mohammad Marmaduke Pickthall, a famous English translator of Quran, Abdullah Yusuf Ali, another famous English mufassar e Quran. He was a respected intellectual of India, belong to Dawoodi Bohra community and recruited by Allama Iqbal as principal of Islamia College Lahore. He died in 1953. And Lord Headley, famous convert to Islam
  • Caring disposal of human remains. You do not see dead people just ornate memorials of those once loved and birds flying about. Very peaceful.
  • I see dead people. Probably not so interesting if you don't see dead people.
