  • We started the day with drive through the grounds, it's 2 miles from the ticket office to the house. I have never seen so many deer in one place. There are 9 species and we saw hundreds of individuals...  more »
  • A treat for my Mum. Tea was good but only 1 pot each no refills, scones were good, a spoon for the cream and jam would have been nice, good selection of bite sized cakes but would have preferred more ...  more »
  • My friend & I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea here. The service was excellent & the cakes plentiful! There were also scones & sandwiches. I personally would have preferred more sandwiches & fewer cakes...  more »

  • Lovely experience, stroll in the gardens, a quick cuppa and then a meander around the opulent abbey. A diverse collection of heritage object, lovingly displayed with very helpful guidance from the staff if asked. Great for the art lover, especially the fans of Dutch masters type work. Tea room options okay but not ground breaking for the cost. Plus you get to see the deer in the deer park as you drive in. Cracking.
  • One of our favourite local establishments. Been many times and will continuously return. Would also highly recommend their tea room for the cold months and outdoor theatre in the summer.
  • We visited the gardens on a chilly day. Walking around with my granddaughters was a fun adventure. They enjoyed the run and hiding in plenty of books and crannies. Afterwards we warmed ourselves with a tasty lunch in the cafe.
  • My daughter and I had afternoon tea at Woburn Abbey yesterday on the hottest April day since BEFORE I was born!! The food was BRILLIANT especially since we are both Coeliac and have to have special gluten free food. The gardens are beautiful and definitely worth exploring, plus all the beautiful buildings . A wonderful day was enjoyed.
  • Awesome collection of 24 Canaletto paintings that I went well out of my way to see. The collections on display just go on and on. Very impressive.
