It's perfect for a family tryp. Children enjoyed a lot with the experiments and they learnt a lot. You can celebrate private parties in this place. It's not focus on adults although you can find out interestying sciency stuff.
The monthly Wednesday adult science lectures are the best. Always an interesting topic with a great speaker. Then followed by a really cool planetarium show!
An amazing experience. Really well organised. Terrific friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Planetarium live and recorded shows really make you think about the world.
Book parking! We didn't. Drove an hour, no parking. Drove another few miles to a park and ride as advised by workers at the science center. Park and ride completely full. No visit to the science center, mint. Think planetarium was already fully booked anyway. Boo
Have had great experiences here. There is lots of hands on sciency stuff to keep all ages entertained. The planstarium is also a great thing to go and see with lots of different hings being shown each day, often voiced by famous celebrities. This is well worth a visit if you are into science or astronomy.
