Interesting working mill. Great to see the millers in action. When I visited they were also baking so able to taste some bread and scones. Flour is good for baking.
Very interesting place to visit when you are bored with shopping! Looking forward to making some bread with my stoneground wholemeal flour.
Good for a quick visit, particularly if you're a NT member, but I wouldn't go out of my way just to come here. Combine this with a visit to the cathedral or a walk along the water meadows.
