  • The scenery is just beautiful. On a lovely clear sunny day, this is a wonderful place to visit. Great for dog walking too.
  • what a great place to be for a walk or relaxation. You can wallow in the tranquility, see the birds or prey soaring, look at the flowers, or keep fit on one of the many walks. Well recommended

  • Stunning views ,,free car park but dont let Children run free , dog owners do not clear up dogs mess , it is everywhere.
  • Great views over the rolling Hampshire County side. Bring a flask of tea or coffee and sit and relax.
  • We walked from Exton along the Southdown Way, a very scenic walk by the side of a stream over the hills up to Old Winchester Hill. Followed the circular walk (you end up at the free car park on the main road where presumably you start this section from) which takes you along a chalk path around the historic settlement. Then we followed the broad back until we hit the trail again, back to our car. All in all 2hrs +, great views and wildlife; we spotted rabbits, sheep, pheasant, squirrels horses and variety of birds :0)!
  • Beautiful views. Great for Sunday getaway.
  • Great views over the solent
