  • Great soft play. Small area for under 5s, but confident toddlers can use the main play area. Good selection of food and nice seating. Toddler sessions every weekday morning in term time.
  • Great place. Great staff. Fun for everyone. New facilities are looking great. Lots of effort been put into improvements.
  • Too much safety makes the aerial adventure even slower and more boring. The circuit is fairly easy and quite low. 11 years-old kids should be shown how to clip on safely, led to the start and left to get on with it at their own pace. But no, they need to ask every time they need to unclip and reclip and can't go ahead too far ahead of the instructor. Maybe good if it's your first time but very frustrating if not!!! As a parent, if you want to watch from below, you need to wear a helmet. Really? Then should all people going to Moors Valley or Itchen Valley parks wear a helmet with Go Ape above their head?
  • Typhoon lodge is described as a retreat! It's not.. It's in between spitfire and hurricane lodges that each can house 6 and 8.. We have a Hen party one side and a large group of noisy lads the other.. Noise stopped at 1.30 and 3.30.. Hen party are more thoughtful. We have noisy peacocks behind us that make shreaking noise all day and well into the night.. There is a gravel track next to us that seems to be for the noisy quad bike and trailer to use... The lodge is really nice but situated in a ridiculous place..it's definitely not a retreat and not for someone looking for a retreat.. If your after a relaxing time go to Hoseasons in the new forest.. We made the mistake of not.. We will complain to Hoseasons..
  • Awesome activity centre. The outdoor laser-quest is a must!
