  • This place is a little hidden gem for those people that are curious about even the most obscure parts of Wigan history. It's got an amazing library upstairs with books, references and unique photographs/ drawings going back hundreds of years. There are great interactive displays for kids too. Not the largest and fanciest place in the world but everyone should visit once.
