The elegant seafront of the town of Weymouth runs parallel to the soft, light sands of Weymouth Beach , a wide and gently sloping strand popular with swimmers. Made fashionable by the patronage of King George III, the beach remains an attractive, laid-back, and colorful destination for those wishing to experience British seaside life. When you want to stretch your legs, stroll along to the graceful pier at the southern end of the beach. • A nice clean beach. Nice esplanade to walk along - old fashioned feel throughout the area. Several places to sit to watch the world go by at a slower pace
  • Beach appeared very clean with plenty of room for the children to dig in the sand. Did not go on the beach as it was very windy whilst we were there.
  • With its golden sands and blue sea what more could you ask for. Very safe for young children. Safe waters to swim in. Lovely place to visit.
