  • This made me feel like a kid in a sweet shop! Distinctive London Buses of every shape from the horse-drawn to the double deckers. Keep an eye-open for the Trolleybus too!  more »
  • Entry to this museum is included within your admission ticket to Brooklands. On display are over 35 historic London buses dating back to the 1870s, together with associated artefacts. You start off wi...  more »
  • Looking for somewhere different to go we chanced upon this place, have to admit we thought it would be a small museum with a few bits ..but we were so wrong! In fact we did'nt get to see everything! Ab...  more »
  • Very pleasant experience. The people running the museum are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The museum is very modern, with plenty of photos, descriptions and historical facts presented in easy to read posters, that double as walls to divide up the exhibits. There is a great variety of omnibuses and buses on display inside and out. I would have liked a little more space between some of the buses and perhaps access to the rear platform to look inside as they do at the London Transport Museum. It would enhance the experience for me at least. Overall this is a very good place to visit, but unfortunately it's necessary to pay to enter Brooklands Museum to get in.
  • Great day out with kids ranging age 2 to 10. The staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about the exhibits. Lots of beautiful old cars, bikes, buses and planes to look at.
  • It's a good day out with Brooklands, child friendly. Our 8 year old loved it. Cafe is reasonably priced and offers a nice choice.
  • An exciting day at the reopening of the Finnishing straight at Brooklands Motor Racing Circuit. Nice to see history is still alive at this place, even if it's only a few days a year.
  • A very enjoyable day out, with helpful volunteers running the museum. There is a wide variety of busses on show ranging from horse drawn busses through to modern day busses. It is also possible to look around the interior of a small number of busses, however the majority of busses are closed to the public. The museum also contains plenty of photos of the busses in service with detailed descriptions. To conclude, the London Bus Museum is a very well maintained museum with great volunteers and a perfect day out for families and enthusiasts alike.
