  • Plenty of helicopters, from different countries and times. Some of them you can see inside. If you already in the area, it's good to visit. I agree with othere reviewer, place seems to be a bit underfunded.
  • Well worth a visit plenty too see & do. The whole site is very clean & tidy together the staff being very talkative & helpful. The food was good too.
  • Fantastic collection of helicopters, but this is somewhere for enthusiasts only. There is very little in the way of interpretation. The exhibits are in good condition, and I have no doubts about the knowledge or enthusiasm of those who care for the collections, but there is very little for anybody who isn't enthusiastic or patient enough to read the lengthy text panels. We brought a toddler, who got bored of not being allowed to run or touch after 35 minutes. A couple of swings and an old fuselage outside kept him busy for a bit longer. Toilets and cafe seemed reasonable enough, but entry to the museum was expensive for a family visit that only lasted an hour.
  • Helicopter flights are way overpriced but your entry fee ticket is valid for few (2 or 3I can't remember) years. Hangar full of helicopters and their history, for some of them you can even enter the cockpit
  • Not all I hoped for and I can't quite say why. They do have a decent selection of airframes and done very interesting helicopters there. But it's all a bit run-down. Probably under funded. More interactive stuff would be good.
