  • Bigger than it looks and very interesting. Well worth a look- specially for the kids. The cafe is not anything to write home about - but that doesnt matter - worth checking out all the same.
  • Nice place to go with the family. Good activity to do in the day. Interactive activities for the kids and shows throughout the day. Cafe is nice and has a great view. Very friendly staff. Nice little shop at the exit.
  • The place looks really small from the outside and to be honest, I wasn't too keen to go inside. The wife told me to stop being miserable and that we should go in "for the kids!.....to get the out of the scorching summer sun....because the kids have never been to one"..... Turned out to be a really nice little place, whole family loved it, spent a good few hours in there. Recommended!
  • Aquarium turned out to be better than I thought as quite shabby from the outside. My two young children had a good time and lots of interactive things for them. The cafe on the other hand was totally shocking. The food was poor and took ages to arrive.
  • Small attraction on its own dedicated pier on the sea-front. This is an annual visit for our family, staff are friendly and the fish are well kept. There are a range of different different displays, showing freshwater and saltwater fish. Displays include tropical reefs, koi, a facilitated touch-pool (times vary), rays, skates and flat-fish, and a shark tunnel, amongst others. Some displays could do with a little investment, but there have been some improvements recently. There is a nice little cafe serving drinks, snacks and some hot food, offering superb views out to sea. My only criticism would be the linear nature of the attraction means that it is difficult to dip in and out or go back to see certain bits - especially hard given their daily programme of talks and demonstrations.
