Walton Hall and Gardens is an English Heritage-listed building. Enjoy a variety of activities in the parkland and ornamental gardens, home to shrubs and trees from all over the world. Relax in the picnic area, make pottery in the park, and play “crazy golf” and bowls. Children will enjoy the play area, children's zoo, bouncy castle, and trampolines. Identify different types of fungi, observe woodland birds and maybe even spot a weasel. In the evening, watch for bats, foxes, and owls. Sample some homemade food at the Heritage Center Cafe. Check in advance for chamber music concerts and other events. Parking is available for a fee.   • Excellent park for children and babies. Don't miss the zoo, the play ground (exceedingly well equipped) and the crazy golf. A lovely park just to wander about in. Parking available £2.50 a day midweek 
  • I love it here, my children and I come here a lot especially when the weather is nice. There is a lot to do here to keep the kids entertained and its a great day out - highly recommended
