  • Lots to do here, although being at the side of the motorway, it is quite exposed, so maybe not best place to go if windy as most attractions are outside. We had a discount voucher, which made it great...  read more »

  • Not sure I would pay full price for Apple Jacks but had a groupon and was fantastic value for money. Loads to do if the weather is dey. Not so much on a rainy day. Would definately visit again
  • Used a Groupon voucher which made it fantastic value. Kids really had loads of did the adults with a comment from a member of staff 'you lot are more immature than the kids' lol. The only downside was, we went during a very sunny day during the school holiday and they closed at 4.....
  • When I'm next asked in a job interview, 'Tell us about a time when you received poor service..', I'll have a cracker! Worst experience of my life. Went for halloween and were told we were too late to enter 5 minutes before shut off time, to then wait for 15 minutes to talk to someone who could let us in without even an apology. Attractions were few and far between with big queues and half of them were closed. Trying to find a member of staff to ask a question was a hard task too, it's like they actively avoid customers.
  • Absolutely shocking lack of customer service from the supposed "park manager" attitude stank would never return. We bought online tickets for their spooky world event on Halloween and when we arrived we saw two queues one saying groupon vouchers the other we presumed was for everyone else however we were told my a staff member that if we had tickets already we could go to front of the queue for direct entry so we did as did others in the queue. When we got to the front one group were let in but then the rest of us were told it was cash only at that desk & we needed to rejoin the queue we explained that their staff told us to come here & the queue is even longer and as we'd already waited in line 20 mins before being told to come to the front that is was unacceptable to ask us to return, staff called another man who said his name was Jamie and he was the park manager & we couldn't speak to anyone above him. He was rude and said he didn't care his staff had told us to come down here we couldn't be let through because there was no scanner for our tickets. A security guard listening to everything suggested we be scanned in via groupon desk and took us there then left us with the staff there who after finding out we had online tickets said they couldn't scan ours either, at this point we were all very disappointed and frustrated, they called the security guard back who called for a young member of staff who proceeded to scan our tickets with an iPad & in we went. Lesson learnt all they needed to do was get a guy with an iPad to get us through in minutes so why be rude & unhelpful to guests who've paid good money?! We all agreed was a shambles & would never return. Shame really as although not many attractions (4) what there was we enjoyed. Don't waste your hard earned money on visiting & maybe manager & owners will learn the importance of customer service & courtesy
  • Disgraceful, chaotic and disorganised. Rude and unhelpful security guards who suggested I deal with the many teenagers jumping the queue. Refused entry at gate on the basis that my son didn't look 12!!! I am appalled. Don't waste your time and money.
  • Don't waste your money! Paid in advance to arrive to complete chaos and an hour queue to get in! Staff were rude and unhelpful. Tickets non-refundable - steer clear
