  • To be fair, as Abbey ruins go, this is probably one with the least amount left. However, the setting is absolutely gorgeous. We are glad we visited.  more »
  • Beautiful site in the middle of a surprisingly dilapidated village. Don't miss the little pack horse bridge.  more »
  • Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. It is a real pleasure to wander around this ruin, particularly in spring when the bluebells are out.  more »

  • Lovely to explore with the dog, makes a pleasant change to be allowed to take the dog to this sort of place. Very enjoyable few hours, with very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
  • friendly staff awesome grounds snow drops snow drops everywhere spent most of the day there
  • Beautiful setting, & very peaceful
  • Spent a very peaceful two hours having a quiet stroll, very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the little museum is very interesting.
  • Impressive large ruins. The history is also quite interesting as it directly relates to Henry VIII and the formation of the Anglican church (series of the Tudors).
