  • This is a truly exceptional place to visit. Situated in the middle of Walsall, a few yards from the old town centre. Having done many walks around the arboretum can speak from experience.
  • Beautiful park which is lovely especially in the autumn. Playground for the children, refurbished tennis courts. Great to see it used by so many taking part in the park run each Saturday.
  • Haven't been there since the lights displays were removed. Shame to see them go As I know many families used to look forward to that time of year. Used to be a good family day out with friends as well...  more »

  • Really good sized town park with play areas a tourist information area with a cafe. Not sure what the cafe is like. There is often something on one week to the next. But also a nice walk. Parking is limited but there are some free spaces. However they are time limited and warden patrolled.
  • Very underrated park. Huge so never crowded. Nice cycle tracks. The park area gets a little busy in holiday periods but hey you gotta expect that. You can easily while away half a day here.
  • Lovely grounds, with great Park and small water park. There's a lovely lake with ducks and large Swan boats that you can hire out for a fee. A small cafe where you can get light snacks, hot/cold drinks with toilet facilities. Great for a dog walk too! You'd never think you were in the centre of walsall. Free parking - 2 hrs at the side of the road or unlimited on the big stoned car park off The Broadway.
  • We love it here. It feels a million miles from Walsall! Excellent play area.
  • One of the best parks in the West Midlands. It has recently received some significant investment and it now boasts a cafe, a brill kids lido, a refurbished bandstand and boats to rent on the lake. A great place to relax with the family.
