Went to see if worth taking my nephews and was disappointed so won't bother as lots of things not working and not well explained which for a science museum was poor.
Really great enjoyable day, the staff were super friendly not only in person but over the phone before we arrived. The dome experience is a must, the kids loved it. Educational and fun at the same tim... read more »

Waste of space. We went here on the 31 March 2016. A lot of facilities are either very poor quality in terms of interaction or are broken and no attempts have been made to fix them. The highlight the space dome show the projector was only firing at 40% so you couldn't make out anything, how they have this open to the public is beyond me. On the way out staff seem to be ashamed to acknowledge you as they know how poor the services are here, that's not good. My first review and a negative one, shame.
absolutley SHITE staff are all rubbish, exibits were ok, done the lot in 20 minutes. Gettin off over Dr who aswell, why?? not all fans you know, had us off saying we needed a ticket to get back home to liverpool when we didnt so do pay no attention to the staff over tickets ect, sort it yourself. infact just leave and look at the stars at night time.
I went with my wife and children as we bought the groupon voucher. the ferry across the mersey was good but after we visited the spaceport we were very disappointed. The majority of the interactive stations were out of order, there was no staff to be found to speak too, a major attraction was closed with no explanation as to when it was going to reopen. to say we spent £30 we were literally in and out. When we complained, mersey travel refused to give us a refund. Appalling attraction and what's worse, appalling customer service and after care. Save your money and go somewhere else, it was rubbish!
I visited the Spaceport in June. my family and i were extremely disappointed, not only with the attraction itself but with the aftercare i have received from merseytravel. The Majority of the interactive stations were unserviceable which meant my children could not use them, and the information films and shows had the windows login/username displayed so were not running. there was no staff around to correct this. My family completed the experience in 15 min. Since emailing Merseytravel and expressing my concerns about the disappointing attraction i have been told i can not receive a refund which is disgusting considering I was charged for a attraction I could not interact with. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
Really fun place. Enjoyed it a lot more than I expected!
