  • This is a really nice tranquil place but the paths are always flooded and muddy. If the paths would get sorted this place would be 5star. Brilliant for walks and running.  more »

  • Fantastic Room on the Broom sculpture trail. My two daughters (2&5) lived telling the story and guessing what animal came next as we walked around :) bonus was free parking and enough spaces.
  • Certainly a lack of "dog poo bins" some have resorted to hanging their bags on the trees and fences... not nice
  • There are so many walks around which suit all ages and capabilities. Playground area and Discovery centre. Refreshments available. Hides give good views of Lakes and Bird life.
  • Lovely walk on sunday with toddler and young children. Great wood carving to story of room on a broom. Only disappointment was the poor coffee in the cafe
  • Lovely walks and bike routes. You won't believe that you're only 10 mins from leeds
