  • Been here 35 minutes now. We wanted to buy food but nobody here to take the order for the last 20 mins. I took a look at these reviews while waiting and now we have changed our minds. Going to eat somewhere else.
  • Good only because it's local, food and drink service crap! Breakfasts ok, service in both play area and pub rubbish apart from 1 or 2 girls working in play area but rushed off their feet, not enough staff to man both areas and party's! Could be a great place, just need to sort out staffing issues!
  • I can only comment on the play area i was stood for 20mins waiting to pay for my children to go in and there was nobody about finally the lady that was there had come from the resultant area with ice cream for a birthday party that was happening in there she asked my eldest son 2 move so she could open the door that is just held with a bolt nothing else, there should of been at least 2 members of staff in there i feel, she never spoke a word to me there were kids and adults walking out of the doors and not locking them behind themselves so anybody could have walked in there and taken a child I will not be attending there ever again this place needs more staff on when there's a birthday party in all the other fuzzy Ed's I have been to when there's a birthday party or alot of family's there's always 2 members of staff
  • Don't bother with the food! Next to no service, they took my money quick enough only to have me sitting waiting for 35 minutes and then when the came, staff didn't bring any cutlery so I had to leave my meal on the table and walk to the other side of the pub to get my own and by the time I get my cutlery and sat back down to eat it was luck worm. My meal came with a small salad which was to my surprise, I would have eaten it as well if over half my meal was covered in salad dressing (which I hate the taste the smell) so half my meal was wasted, I told the staff about more small ordeal and they could only offer an apology. Never going back.
  • Dirty play area, would not recommend.
